Duties
- Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene
- Helping clients take prescribed medications
- Supporting mobility in and around the home
- Preparing meals based on client needs
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Transporting clients to appointments or errands, when applicable
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Completing other caregiving-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Caregiving experience preferred, with 1+ year preferred
- CNA or other caregiving certifications welcomed
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, compassion, and professionalism
- A dependable and trustworthy work ethic
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to travel locally to provide client care
